EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Some woman claiming to be the owner treated my daughter with such disrespect. My 11 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER!!! All because my child was attempting to locate the owner of a lost item she had found. Turns out the item belonged to the "owner". She is lucky i was not present at the time because I would have made sure that whole nursery knows how she treats children that are trying to do the RIGHT THING!! You should be ashamed of yourself!! You shouldnt treat ANY CHILD so harshly...especially if they arent yours and they are PAYING customers!!

We bought a HUGE 15’ double pindo palm true from Plants Direct in Little River. We were concerned about possible damage to our driveway and yard to deliver and plant the tree. The manager James and the owner Randy both came to our home and came up with a plan to protect the driveway and yard from damage. The tree was installed with no issues and looks amazing. Great service and willingness to go above and beyond!

First let me say that initially we were very excited to work with Randy and his staff at Plants Direct. We had a good plan and although it was modified a couple of times the final design was exactly what we wanted. This is where it began to decline. The landscaper that was subcontracted to install the plants stated he was not aware that he would be moving our current plants OR that our neighbors were having their work done on the same day. For a job of this size he had only brought two others workers with him. His attitude changed immediately and not for the better. He was surly and non-communicative for the remainder of the day. The outcome: He cut TWO of our inground sprinkler lines, plants that we contracted to replant weren’t! He just placed them on top of the dirt then covered them with mulch!! Two died; and I personally had to replant the remainder. The drip lines were not rewrapped around the plants. Fast forward several weeks later I have multiple plants dying (see photos). I have contacted the office numerous times and informed them and was told to send them pictures. I was hoping that this matter would be rectified. It’s been a week since my most recent corresponden
